Project: Construction management

The build out of an existing 7000 square foot steel building into 3000 square feet pizza/beer tapping service and gathering area, plus a 3500 square feet area for brewery making and a 500 square feet office area. Project included architectural interior and exterior upgrades from floor to roof, new mechanical, plumbing and electrical work, installation of new beer brewing equipment, installation of kitchen and restaurant equipment and exterior parking and landscaping.

Project: Buildout of Liquor Store

Build out of a 7000 square foot retail Liquor store for general public. This project was a ground up construction, including the installation of all utility service connections from public road to building (Electric power supply, Sprinkler System, waste and water plumbing).
