Project: Ground-Up Building Construction
Mixed use building construction from the ground up, was a design build project. The building was a steel frame construction with masonry block walls. The building had four (4) 1500 square feet office space units located at the corner of the building and six (6) 1500 square square feet industrial space units with 10% office space in each. The total area of the building was 15,000 square feet, which included 6000 square feet of office space and 9000 square feet of industrial space.

Project: Field House Building
Field House building explicitly used by the Town for activities associated with park functions and town recreational activities. Building included public bathrooms, general meeting room, park director office, exercise/gym room and arts and craft room. This building was a ground up construction, which included installation of all utility service connections from public road to field house (electric power service, sprinkler system, waste and water plumbing)
